Strategy & Planning

1、Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

Acquisition & Deployment

Operational Management

7、Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

8、Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.

9、Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

10、Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.Responsible for managing multiple VM hosts that contain around hundreds servers each. Building,designing and managing VM infrastructure, MS Servers, MySQL and Linux servers, MQ.

11、Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.

12、Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes,

and service records.

13、Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior technical role, with a proven track record in project delivery and system architecture.
• Experience in designing and administering enterprise-level Active Directory is a must.
• Experience with designing and administering VMware vSphere and vCenter is a must.
• Experience in Linux Administration is highly advantageous.
• Be required to provide on-call support.
• Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

As a Quality System Associate, you will be responsible for the customer complaint handling/ management/ investigation process and provide quality oversight for the site to ensure that devices manufactured are compliant to ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, Alcon Standards and Policies, and regulatory requirement.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Trend, analyse and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/management as necessary.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead/support the implementation activities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Meet quality objectives set by management & comply to Alcon, QMS and Safety requirements.
• Complete Complaint investigation report and maintenance of complaint master list, complaint samples, SOP revision and periodic review.
• Perform Site's investigation (NCR, SAR, OOS, Complaints, etc) and Site's WI/SOP/Gap Assessment/Impact Assessment.
• Participate as site representative in the Vision Care Complaints community at Global Corporate Platform.
• Lead/Host the site Customer Complaint Review Board (CCRB) meeting in the discussion on complaint investigations and evaluation of complaints trend.
• Support internal and external audits and is responsible for audit finding closure, as required.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues.
• Perform Monthly Technical Complaint Periodic trending (all platforms).
• Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs

Senior System Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior System Administrator to ensure the timely delivery and smooth operation of IT infrastructure and systems within a highly collaborative and agile team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration of IT systems including IBM AIX, Linux (Red Hat), Windows, VMware, vCenter, Veeam and Cisco technologies.
• Installation, configuration and implementation of IT systems including sizing and renewal.
• Handle new IT infrastructure project management and manage IT asset inventory.
• Responsible for system management tools, cybersecurity policies and IT compliance and hardening as well as assist with IT audits.
• Monitor and enhance system performance and capacity, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
• Assess and specify requirements for system and IT equipment updates, including installation, setup, configuration, and implementation.
• Provide daily IT support for company network equipment (LAN & WAN), such as routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, access points, RF handhelds, PDAs, tablets, and printers

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in System Administration of AIX, Linux, Windows, VMware, vCenter, Veeam and Cisco technologies.
• Strong hands-on AIX, Linux, Redhat, Virtual Machine - Lenovo & HP Servers
• Experience in cloud deployment (Azure/GCP) would be an added advantage.
