In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Provide sales forecast and achieve/exceed bookings, sales, and profitability targets set for the Business Unit’s business in Singapore.

· Tap on prospects, analyze requirements to develop winning strategies, and negotiate to win the business profitably.

· Maintain excellent accounts and build strong relationships with external customers and the internal sales and service team.

· Collaborate with Inside Sales team for technical support, and generate winning proposals for order processing, project team, and documentation including post-sales service with the Service team and various departments within the organization.

· Proactively promote regulators and pressure safety relief valve products and service solutions by using marketing programs, maximizing field resources.

· Lead and build on internal sales team relationships and bring in Product Sales Specialists to assist in value proposition.

· Understand customer needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions.

· Strong and keen sense of hunting and developing new opportunities/new customers.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Automation) with 3-5 years of sales experience in marine, oil & gas, petrochemical & chemical industry.

· Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the valves business would be an added advantage.

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
