• Oversee and optimize supply chain planning processes within IBP, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead the supply planning component of the IBP process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Use expertise in SAP IBP, ECC, and Entegris S&OP processes to maximize productivity and improve communication across the organization
• Overseeing the supply chain planning processes within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework to ensure that organisation can efficiently and cost-effectively meet customer demand
• Partner closely with global functional area leaders and their teams to understand system needs, ensuring these are met by working with IT on configuring or enhancing SAP IBP
• Provide training to end users on the effective use of SAP IBP.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of SAP Business Suite, including IBP, APO, SCM, and BI, to support and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience with SAP IBP, ECC, and S&OP processes
• Proven experience in managing supply chain planning processes within an IBP framework.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certification
