2. Carry out periodic checks inside Data Centre, looking out for any:

a. Unreported IT Infra hardware fault

b. Environment issue to be addressed (e.g.: Faulty lighting, item obstructing airflow)

• Review design specifications and project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for the Authority’s acceptance;
• Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment;
• Support and review on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing (SIT);
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users;
• Conduct technical review and assessment of End of Support (EOS) upgrade proposals before making recommendations to the Authority;

Requirement:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in business analysis.
