Job Capsule

In accordance with established policies, procedures and standards, is responsible for the activities related to an assigned organizational element, program, project or task. Will normally plan, conduct and supervise engineering design reviews and analysis assignments involving a major project or several smaller or less complex projects. These projects by nature of their complexity and difficulty require the fully competent application of conventional knowledge in a particular field of engineering or scientific field. Job Duties/Roles

SUMMARY
Under limited supervision designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
· Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
· Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
· Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
· Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly.

• Define overall frontend architecture for yet to be announced web-based enterprise applications based on product requirements.
• Responsible for leading the team to build a functional and appealing web- and mobile-based enterprise applications optimised in terms of loading performance, mobile responsiveness and enhanced user experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 8 years of related work experience as the core member of the frontend development team in developing functional and appealing web- and mobile-based enterprise applications optimised in terms of loading performance, mobile responsiveness and enhanced user experience, preferably in fast-paced IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns particularly in frontend engineering of reactive/responsive web applications.
• Have extensive experience working with modern and reactive/responsive web development capabilities such as React.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, Next.js, and Typescript.

Responsibility

You will be part of a team in the Corporate Services Department responsible for the operation and maintenance of building facilities. (e.g. Building maintenance, audio visual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) systems, recording studio facilities, Mechanical & Electrical systems (M&E) etc). Your primary role is to carry out day-to-day operation and maintenance of AV, VC and recording studio facilities and working with various stakeholders for successful work delivery of meetings, events, webinars, recordings, video production etc.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of various improvement and upgrading works on building facilities. These could involve feasibility studies, technical specifications, preparation of procurement document, work supervision, system testing and commissioning and defect rectifications.

Your responsibilities include:

•Plan, coordinate and attend to all requests to support department internal and external major meetings, webinars, events, recordings and video production. Understand user’s requirement and provide technical support accordingly.

•Plan, set up and operate the control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.

•Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the creation and post production of multimedia content.

•Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the systems are in good working condition, whilst keeping an up-to-date inventory for audit

Job Requirements:

•Degree or Diploma in Media / Mas Communications / Audio Visual or equivalent.

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.

•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite and photographic skills

•Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (TriCaster, OBS, vMix) needed to run professional videos and live streams.

•Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.

•Experience in Project Management of large-scale AV implementations will be an advantage.

•Proficient and experience with AV and VC systems (Crestron/Extron/Cisco/Bosch) will be an advantage.
