As a Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible to prepare for new non-volatile products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product. In this role, you will work with various Engineering and Manufacturing groups to troubleshoot, develop and validate device testing programs, as well as identify and validate lab equipment needs, and identify or modify tests for customer returns and programs to meet specific product requirements. Specifically, as a member of the Engineering Tester Development team, you will enable Micron's engineering teams to analyze and debug non-volatile memory products quickly and reliably.

You will partner with Micron engineering groups to plan and develop bench testing capability; respond promptly to feedback from engineers on enhancements and defects; work proactively to advance the tools we maintain through innovation and careful design; anticipate future testing challenges and drive cost effective solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare bench programs, software tools, and hardware interfaces for initial silicon for new non-volatile semiconductor memory products
• Process and implement special requests for enabling silicon debug throughout the product lifecycle
• Verify that bench software and hardware implementation meets expectations for accurately and efficiently testing the product
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Tester Vendors
• Provide technical training and expertise on Bench software applications
