The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of road signage and other civil works, adhering to the strict guidelines set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and LTA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify project documents, maintaining accurate engineering records.

• Coordinate and supervise civil and structural construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory authorities.

• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and ensure site progress aligns with project timelines.

• Supervise site activities, ensuring all works meet project specifications, construction drawings, and relevant regulations.

• Oversee inspections of formwork, steel reinforcements, retaining walls, and ground anchors, ensuring adherence to design standards.

• Ensure proper site clearance and compliance with approved plans from agencies.
