Job Description

● Develop/Support validation activities such as qualification test protocol or documentation

updates.

● Provide Technical expertise with respect to Emerson DeltaV or Rockwell Automation PLC/HMI system and software and in particular configuration in the company.

● Support software/hardware modification pertaining to the site Automation systems.

● Perform any modification/changes in terms of Hardware/Software in accordance with site GMP quality requirement.

● Support field troubleshooting with other internal Stakeholders.

Requirements:

Job Description:

1. Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal functionality, particularly for Infineon project requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

2. Mechanical Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays in the Infineon project.
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify problems.

3. On-Duty Business:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Infineon customers regarding quality issues.

4. PLC Skills:
