Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EET team to engineer sustainable solutions and augment the VMware/Omnissa Horizon platforms.
• Implement and maintain Citrix published applications and physical desktop brokerage for secure remote access.
• Manage and support F5/APM and Omnissa UAG secure remote access services.
• Participate in the architecture, design, and change implementation of global platform solutions.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of remote access services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote access platforms and technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance platform performance and sustainability.

Key Requirements

- At least 5 years of proven experience with the following technologies:

• Citrix DDC products
• Windows 10/11 desktop OS

- Experience with additional technologies is desirable:

• F5 load balancers and APM
• AVI load balancers
• iGel Thin Client OS

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline with preferably more than 5 years of experience in software development in the automation industry

Job Scope:
The Pega Senior System Architect is responsible for leading the team to design blueprint as baseline of the delivery, guiding the team through the implementation (from design to deployment) of a solution, and defining the specific solution, business, and functional requirements.

• Understanding the business solution strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives.
• Defining the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities.
• Working with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture.
• Reviewing deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of Pega experience.

• Skill set in Runtime Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Blueprint and Design Solutions are preferable.
• Proficient in Java with good experience in development of multi-tier applications using Java, Tomcat-5.5, WebLogic servers.
• Experience in web services like SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0 and XML 1.0 will be advantageous.

Main Mission
