• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation, etc.

• Assist to consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal

• Prepare quarterly financial & management reports and annual financial statements

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, local tax and government authorities where required.

• Manage, supervise and counselling of the Finance team on work performance, expectations and training.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality

• Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards

• Good inventory knowledge

• Support audit and tax queries

• Assist with ad-hoc duties when assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Company’s IT including emails, printers, office applications, servers and including users who work remotely
• Perform IT equipment / services procurement and purchasing activities, including requisition and goods receipt activities
• Accounts management of Active directory and EPR system in the timely manner
• Maintain the inventory of hardware and software licenses to the assigned system
• Perform day-to-day IT admin and security activities, including patching of computers according to the security protocols and procedures
• Support troubleshooting and investigation for security related activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Nitec in Computer / IT related field
• At least 1 year of experience in handling IT support related task
• Meticulous and excellent administrative skills
• Good team player and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in configurating SharePoint sites
• Experience with ITSM tool like ServiceNow/ FreshService is added advantage
