Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site service of equipment sold
• To set up and install smart home devices
• To provide a weekly update on the jobs done to Manager
• On Site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system and autogate system
• Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
• Able to trace / rectify root cause
• Pro-actively support other tasks (including ad-hoc projects) as assigned
• Setup and install Smart Home Systems suchs as Google Home/Alexa systems
• Setup rules and logic for smart home system
• Install smart home devices such as BOSCH fridge, LG/Samsung TV, Sonos Sound system, Broadlink, Xiaomi, Mi Home etc.
• Setup Networking solutions within client's home
• Managing inventory and preperation for on site implementation
• Plan and solution for smart home solutions
• Plan and solution for networking solutions
• Plan and solution for CCTV solutions
• Engage & manage vendors for on site implementation

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation

1. Arrange meetings to understanding potential clients’ business solution requirements

2. Arrange with clients’ to do a site survey to familiarise with outlet layout

3. Prepare client’s system backend and hardware

4. Onsite installation of hardware

5. Provide training for users on operating the system

6. Provide cover support for clients when their system go live

7. Arrange project reviews with clients after system implemented

Technical Support

1. Provide timely support and resolutions for clients’ enquiries and system issues within SLA

2. Replacement of hardware may be required for faulty hardware

3. Support phone duty of one week per month with company allowance will be given

4. Testing of new system features or fixes will be required

5. Ability to work on documentations, manuals and guides for end-users

· Evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices

· Once familiar with company’s solution, applicant will be given the opportunity to take on Project Management role and/or Pre-Sales role

Requirements:

- Diploma in IT in above is preferred but not a must

- Knowledge and experience in working with POS is an added advantage

- Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a past-paced environment

- Fluent in both written and spoken English

As part of IME Integrated Circuit Design and System Department, we are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in ultrasound imaging system design. This candidate will define an ultrasound transducer array beamformer IC architecture for imaging applications. The candidate will work closely with MEMS team on system architecture, circuit design, simulation, validation, and integration.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform system-level beamformer architecture, design, and simulation, to derive circuit-level design specifications.
• Beamforming array optimization using AI algorithms.
• Design and implementation of beamformer algorithm in hardware.
• Work together with team to investigate novel circuit/system solutions to create new inventions.

Requirements

• Master’s / PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Good understanding of ultrasound imaging systems and beamforming theories.
• Knowledge of AI algorithms and implementation will be a plus
• Familiar with IC test equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.
• Able to generate high-quality scientific publications and patents
