Overview

The National University Health System Virtual Care Centre (NUHS VCC) is an initiative where trained personnel provides tele-triage to patients and/or their caregivers. VCC will either provide advice and resolve the clinical question or escalate to the VCC clinician where appropriate.   Handle customer complaints and follow up with service recovery if necessary.
  Review and update policies and procedures as needed.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:
