• Strong technical skills in .NET Framework 4.5 and above, Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and above, JQuery/Kendo/Telerik UI controls, MS SQL, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance of various technology-based equipment.
• Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensure the technical equipment operates at its optimal performance.
• Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software use and address and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers.
• Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify the roots of technical issues.
• Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholders in layman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.
• Record and document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal.
• Stay up to date with technical developments and advancements in allied fields.

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics

Job Description:

1. Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles, has diagnostic capability and able to perform major repair on engine and transmission

2. Ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.

3. Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.

4. Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.

5. Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.

6. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors

Job Requirements:

1. Academic qualification: NTC 2 / Diploma Automotive Technology or equivalent

2. Competent in basic English (verbal & written)

3. Prefers candidates with at least class 3 driving license

4. Prior experience of at least 2 to 3 years in performing automotive service repair (commercial vehicle)
