• 5 to 8 years of maintenance work experience in Chemical, Semiconductor, aviation, oil & gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Analytical and Problems solving skill with regard to Purified water system and HVAC Systems
• Knowledge in HVAC and Purified water system operation and Maintenance principle.
• Experience in manufacturing in a GMP HVAC environment utilizing ISO 14644-1 classifications.

· The inspector/team lead / engineer will perform inspections applying various NDT techniques in accordance with applicable specific code, procedure, and or written criteria.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance on company’s construction equipment
• Dismantles defective equipment and install new or repaired mechanical and electrical parts
• Handles & follows up on equipment issues such as repair & maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks
• Supervise installation / renovation / replacement works on facilities and equipment which are carried out by vendors / contractors and ensures all works are carried out appropriately
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on M&E services & installation for the building, which includes but not limited to general handyman work in fitting, installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, painter, carpentry and etc.
• Install, test, and commission mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical wiring, and other critical systems.
• Liaise & supervise the appointed contractors / Term Contractor for any maintenance, repairs and / or renovation works and to ensure standard of work is performed
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, or contractors regarding system status, repairs, and timelines.
• Support foreman / manager in supervision of night site works, ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to when carrying out maintenance works
• Co-ordinate job site activities to consistently meet timeline, customer / client job requirements, SOPs, and statutory regulations
• Carry out any other duties or instructions assigned by the Management
