Our Production Technicians operate our chemical processes and perform production related activities, utilizing their chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner. • Define requirements for assembly tools and equipment to support product realization and build plan.
• Participate actively in PQP to ensure that risks are identified, and preventive actions defined and implemented.
• Implement a certification program for assembly to ensure that assembly module leads are trained and certified to carry out specific assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer in the design of the assembly Kit Kart for issue of materials into the clean room and effective handling of materials inside the production area.
• Lead in resolving technical problems faced by Assembly, and resolve internal and customer quality complaints.
• Monitor assembly capacity of the program, and perform ramp assessment when required, to fulfill build plan system delivery.
• Contribute to the system build progress meetings together with the program team to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Evaluate assembly efficiency and implement improvements to achieve the calculated standard time.
• Monitor all customer's consigned equipment to ensure all are inventoried, calibrated, and maintained regularly.
• Identify and implement improvements to shorten production cycle time, improve overall production efficiency, improve quality performance, enhance safety or to boost sustainability.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 3 year of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strategic, creative, and systemic thinking
• Excellent leadership and effective communicator with all levels of associates and management.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of internal systems of hardware, software and networks.

· Implement and manage security protocols, including access controls, backups and firewalls.

· Monitor, troubleshoot IT systems, including security system and networking.

· Manage servers, email systems, CCTV, HR system and others.

· Set up user accounts and PC workstations, Apps etc.

· Ensure the efficiency and reliability of IT infrastructure.

· Support web development and maintain Company portals.

· Maintain and support the Dynamics NAV ERP system.

· Conduct programming and develop Apps to support business operation.

· Provide IT support to internal and external users as needed.

· Maintain all IT related documentation and policies up to date.

· Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

· At least 2 to 3 years of programming experience.

· Knowledge of system security, networking and database management.

· Good programming skills, with app development experience is a plus.

· Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is an advantage.

· Highly adaptable with a fast-learning ability.

· Open to young professionals and fresh graduates, eager to learn and grow.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong
