Job Scope
You are responsible for the general maintenance of the home. Ensuring homes equipment, gadgets and instruments are maintained at optimal functioning level at all times. Duties include maintaining a safe environment within the home such as managing visitors entrance and departure, ensuring safe and smooth traffic flow.

Store
- Manage day to day operations in inventory management e.g. receiving of stocks, weekly distribution of supplies to wards
- Assets management and labeling of assets
- Update on stock level and replenishment where required

• Ensure the solution integration is performed by the team, according to the specifications and design.
• Propose IVV scenarios and guarantee their implementation, in collaboration with the development teams and the customer.
• Coordinate the IVVQ activities, establish the priorities and integration logical diagrams, conduct the tests in the factory and on site, support the acceptance and commissioning, analyze the results and transmit them to the development teams.
• Provide the associated documentation, according to the internal process and the quality standards.
• Report the progress and status of the IVV activities to the project manager and the customer.

The Talent

• Minimally a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of experience
• Experience in verification and validation of large integrated systems, Unix/Linux/Android systems, defect management, and common test practices
• Ability to read and interpret requirements, communicate effectively, and perform basic troubleshooting on IT software and hardware
• Experience in writing test cases and providing onsite instruction
• Good to have experience in software engineering integration, collaboration with clients and developers, and open-source configuration management and deployment tools
• Good to have some understanding of software development methods and electrical/mechanical design
• Good to have some experience in user interfaces, networking, wireless, and communication systems test
• Versatility to handle different job scopes such as supporting bids and work package management

The Job

• Plan and execute integration, verification and validation (IVV) activities for various systems and projects
• Decide on the appropriate test strategy, modules and practices to ensure quality and compliance
• Create the system test plan and report, documenting the test objectives, scope, methods, results, and issues
• Work closely with project engineers (SEM) to agree on testing durations and project risks, and provide timely feedback and recommendations
• Efficiently manage test resources (staff, software and hardware), ensuring optimal utilization and availability
• Manage defects and engineering changes for the customer, using appropriate tools and processes
• Contribute to the estimation, planning and execution of IVV activities, following the best practices and standards
• Be able to coordinate activities with a global team, working across different time zones and cultures
• Participate in bid activities, providing scope and costing for IVV tasks
