We are looking for a Reliability Test technician’s role to perform reliability and first article tests in support for R&D projects. Additionally, the role will provide testing support to other functions within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out testing of New Product or New Part for Reliability and First Article tests within the timeline of the projects
• Support test requests from other entities (Erlangen and Lynge) and
• Perform preliminary Failure Analysis as a result of the tests performed
• Carry out periodic checks, working with suppliers for preventive maintenance and calibration, including raise quotations, on test machines to ensure minimum downtime for the machines
• Ensure that the supplies needed for tests are available and up to date

Requirements:

• Able to operate Environmental test machines, Mechanical test machines and Acoustic test machines.
• At least 2 years in Reliability testing for electronic devices
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair, perform maintenance checks and modification of the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures
• Inspect defects and determining the repairs required
• Fabricate airframe sheet metal parts, service aviation, subsystem assemblies’ components and perform operational checks to ensure aircraft is in line with regulations and safety requirements
• Identify, remove and manage aircraft corrosions while ensuring aerodynamics smoothness

Requirements

• Min NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering
• Knowledge in repair work (component repair/sheetmetal structure) will be an advantage
• Ability to use precision equipment/tools/machinery
• Work location: North (nearest MRT: Yishun/Bukit Panjang)
