Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building and Facilities Maintenance) located in Ubi Road. Our clients are in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for maintaining facility systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems, through routine checks and hands-on repairs. The individual will coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure the building remains operational. Additionally, they will supervise vendors during renovations to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure quality work.
