Job Roles

• Perform regular preventive maintenance work on company vehicle.
• Conduct regular inspections on company vehicles to ensure reliability and to pass regulatory inspections and audits.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs on vehicles to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all required documentations are filled out and stored.
• Prepared to work the hours necessary to complete all tasks required to achieve Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR).
• Ensure that all maintenance work performed adhere strictly to standards established by the company and any legal requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Engineering Department and Management.
• Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess a NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in an automotive or engineering environment.
• Candidates must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Able to perform shift work.

Job Description:

1. Performing F.A inspection and inspection of parts and products with desktop measuring tools / CMM / Smart scope at the incoming / outgoing / in-process gate.
2. To prepare and generate standard inspection report and lead team in performing quality inspection.
3. Monitor on critical customer products, with a corrective and preventive action programs in managing customer complaints / improvement plans.
4. Administer and work on continuous improvement program in achieving good process control.
5. Provide technical guidance to group of inspectors.
6. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
7. Work closely with customers and inter-department to meet the quality requirements.
8. Experience in calibrating measuring equipments.

Requirements

• Preferred to have NTC / Diploma in related engineering field.
• Required to know-how in using desktop measuring tools, and other equipment such as CMM, Smart Scope, Roundness Tester and Roughness Tester
• Computer competancy.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Carry out daily inspection for facility plant equipment.
2. Carry out periodic maintenance of machines & ensure that all potential environmental impact associated with the machineries are minimized & mitigated.
3. Carry out schedule and preventive maintenance works.
4. Attend to breakdowns and assist in repair works, and escalate calls for vendor support if necessary.
5. Update and maintain records of plant equipment and machinery.
6. Upkeep the spare parts list and ensure purchases requisitions are made.

Competence Requirement

· Preferred to have NTC/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechantronics / Electrical Engineering field.

• Fresh may be considered, but preferred with 1 – 2 years of related experiences in Maintenance of Equipments.
