6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

Windows Server

(a) The System Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

(i) At least three (3) years of experience in Microsoft Server administration;

(ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);

• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Configuration:

· Install, set up, and configure IoT devices and sensors in various cleaning equipment and facilities.

· Ensure proper connectivity and data transmission between IoT devices and central monitoring systems.

2. Monitoring and Maintenance:

· Continuously monitor the performance of IoT devices, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.

· Conduct routine maintenance and firmware updates to ensure optimal functionality.

· Achieve high IoT uptime percentage, minimising downtime for maintenance and repairs

· Minimise response time to ensure prompt resolution and quick return to normal operations.

3. Data Analysis:

· Collect and analyze data generated by IoT devices to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve cleaning processes and efficiency.

4. Integration:

· Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate IoT data into cleaning management software

· Working on Ad hoc projects and other IoT related matters

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IoT, electronics, network admin or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems and networking.
• A customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Location: West (Bukit Batok)
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon – Fri)

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Others or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Preferably English and Mandarin spoken.
3. At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably specialist in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
5. Must have knowledge in Instruments and Electrical System for Process Control Environment
6. Knowledge and understanding of SCADA, DCS System, PLC, Instrumentation, Field Devices.

Job Scope:

1) Maintenance of Field Instruments for multiple Process Plants.

2) Troubleshooting and problem solving for field Instruments.

3) Calibration and commissioning of field Instruments.

4) Electrical equipment troubleshooting and general maintenance for the process plant.
