Overview

Join the NUHS Group Chief Technology Office (GCTO) that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. Successful candidate will be part of a team of Data Scientists and Software Developers who partner clinicians to propose, develop, and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows in NUHS cluster. The candidate will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models and tools for NUHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop machine learning models in various clinical areas such as clinical notes, medical images, and patients’ data
• Develop, train and test AI models in the local medical domain
• Work with the team to design and architect the workflow of the data and algorithms including data input, output and storage between various health IT systems
• Lead in the gathering of requirements and data by working and coordinating with clinicians and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Work with the team to develop and deploy necessary AI models for NUHS in hybrid cloud environment
• Document clearly explaining how the algorithms have been implemented, verified and validated
• Lead project to deliver AI related research and development requirement to meet the business need

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with strong statistical modelling and machine learning skills. Graduate degree in related fields may apply
• Hands-on experience in the development of end-to-end data analytics solutions and machine learning pipeline including data exploration/extraction/crawling, data processing, and model building
• Hands-on experience on development of AI models in NLP is a plus
• Proficient with programming in Python and AI related frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning platform and services from cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with healthcare data, medical image is a plus
• Experience in leading AI projects and virtual team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technically and non-technically with ability to translate between the two

Responsibilities

· Daily TCGM/TCM/TGM operation and preventive maintenance work in chemical/gas system.

· Daily chemical drum/ gas cylinder change.

· Perform critical parts replacement.

· Perform routine sampling.

· Perform chemical/gas waste disposal.

· Receive and deliver chemical/gas goods to designated areas.

· Perform daily routine logging to ensure chemical/gas system integrity.

· Perform chemical drums/gas cylinder and concentration data tabulation.

· Perform troubleshooting of chemical/gas systems.

· Operate chemical/gas system operations.

· Documentation of all TGCM related matters.

· Perform any other duty as and when required.

Requirements

· Possess at least GCE “N” level or equivalent; those which higher education and longer working.

· Willing to work overtime when required.

· Relevant work experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Good Mechanical knowledge and leadership skills to manage a group of technicians.

• Understand and receive instructions from Commissioning Engineer for the tasks to be performed.

• Able to assign jobs to individual techs and get the work completed in planned time.

• Proper reporting and feedback of day to day assigned activity.

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.

• Site execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and function testing of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, lubrication oil skids, etc.

• Carry out isolations / de-isolations on mechanical equipment & piping system.

• Perform line walk prior to system energization.

• Conduct / attend Tool Box Talks to ensure full understanding of work scope as per PTW requirements.

• Site management of commissioning activities, tools, ship-loose items, consumables and spares.

• Liaise with vendors for providing assistance in carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning scope of work related to vendor packages.

• Carry out troubleshooting of faults arising during commissioning tests.

• Completing & submission of commissioning documentation such as check sheets, test procedures, red-line mark-up drawings, etc. completed during commissioning tests.

• Close out of punch list.

• Prepare Tri-party walk work pack as per the required format.

• Attend Tri-party punch walk as required by supervisor.

• To attend daily VSCC / Permit To Work meetings as advised by supervisor.

• Maintain latest drawings/ documentation on site including all red-line markup drawings.

• Preparation of daily timesheet submission

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificate.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with FPSO's

• Should have minimum relevant commissioning experience of more than 3 FPSO / FSO projects.

• Understanding of Hazardous Areas and ATEX requirements.

• Conversant with the use of tools & test equipment i.e. Laser Alignment tool, vibration monitors, noise meters etc.

• Familiar with P&ID, layout drawings etc.

• Knowledge of mechanical / process systems.

• Experienced in handling Hydraulic units.

• Experienced in N2-He Leak testing is preferred
