Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaison with back office for delivering stock management
• Carry out routine maintenance and installations as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction

· Respond effectively and professionally to all customer requests for service and support (telephone and e-mails)

· Provide customers and head office with a concise, accurate and detailed service report for all work(s) carried out
