· Back up and maintain PLC, HMI, VSD and other controller program and software version.

· Troubleshoot automation issue by hardware or instrument, program setting/bug and connection issue.

· Knowledge in Alen Bradley PLC, Wonderware SCADA and In Batch system for Troubleshoot automation related in Dry Blending, Filling and Packaging system.

· Evaluation of P&IDs, functional design specification.

· Responsible for performing PM’s and work orders as well as project work.

Trainee to adhere to strict recording and filling of batch / manufacturing records, process safety and general housekeeping of all work areas. Trainee to be involved in:

• Involve in hands-on execution of the plant operations and assist in trouble-shooting
