Job Description

• Maintenance of all new and existing equipment within Company and manufacturing area.
• Schedule and perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities through Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) systems.
• Documentation of all maintenance activities ensuring traceability in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Company requirements.
• Observe and comply with company sequence of operations (SOO’s), standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and emergency operating procedures (EOP’s).
• Procurement of third-party services, e.g., specialist contractors, production equipment vendor, electrical and refrigeration engineers and parts.
• Supervise suppliers / contractors who are on site to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the contract, regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

• Perform risk assessments for all facilities activities annually.

Job Requirements

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The Job

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring availability of all prerequisites and processes, enabling quality and integrity for the organisation’s welding processes. Roles & Responsibilities

The aircon technician will be involved in the maintenance, repair, and installation of different types of air conditioning systems. Aircon Technician will be involved in performing general maintenance services in households and offices all across Singapore, including washing aircon, diagnosing and rectifying issues in all brands and types of aircon, and installing and dismantling aircon. This role has the following responsibilities:
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn out or defective parts.
- Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.

Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

Job Responsibilities:

• Operation of steel wire drawing equipment and steel fibre equipment to manufacture Product.
• Optimising the usage of raw material and consumables like wire rod, dies and lubricants to achieve maximum efficiency in production.
• Assist in the preparation of Manufacturing Procedure Specification (MPS) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the different Product types.

• Assist with testing of Products and identifying changes necessary to achieve Product requirements.

Overview

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, this role is based in Singapore and may involve occasional work traveling within the countries in SEA whenever needed. This role will also support the Sales Department closely when requested, for sales/customer requirements. The Field Service Technician will be primarily responsible for the delivery of world-class services towards Peak’s customers and providing technical support to Peak’s business channels. A self-motivated and disciplined person who’s able to exercise thorough analytical thought processes in his field and attention to details. The candidate should exhibit traits in customer’s expectation management as well as a sound knowledge of Office based programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaison with back office for delivering stock management
• Carry out routine maintenance and installations as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction

· Respond effectively and professionally to all customer requests for service and support (telephone and e-mails)

· Provide customers and head office with a concise, accurate and detailed service report for all work(s) carried out

· Maintain and replenish personal van stock of parts and carry out inventory checks as requested

· Prioritizing safety for self and others

· Ensure an effective liaison with other PEAK departments (sales, marketing, logistics, engineering and production) to ensure a high level of communication and co-operation for all aspects of customer and product support
