We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with a specialization in Active Directory to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex Active Directory environments. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization's Active Directory infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory forests, domains, and domain controllers.

2. Configure and manage Active Directory sites and replication to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.

3. Develop and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and standards across the network.

4. Monitor and optimize Active Directory performance, including directory service performance, replication latency, and authentication.

5. Implement and manage Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation.

6. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with various systems and applications, including Azure AD, Office 365, and Exchange Server.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory issues, including authentication failures, DNS misconfigurations, and replication problems.

8. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of Active Directory infrastructure to identify and mitigate security risks.

9. Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and technical guides.

10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices related to Active Directory and identity management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory in enterprise environments.

3. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including domains, forests, trusts, and replication.

4. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

5. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including LDAP, Kerberos, and SAML.

6. Experience with Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.

7. Familiarity with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a plus.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues.

a) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and

document business needs, business requirements and flows related to the

Authority’s public services and application systems;

contractors on the Authority’s policies, security advisories,

vulnerabilities, circulars, Government Instructions Manual

requirements, polls, etc. issued and applicable for the Authority’s

systems;

iii. Review and validating test cases and results for enhancements to

ensure that requirements are met; and

iv. Develop and maintain documentations related to the works performed.

l) Reviewing impact analysis of all system modifications or new

requirements on the functionality, performance, and security of the

systems, which includes:

i. Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with

external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems

operational and maintenance works and new

initiatives/enhancements;

ii. Involved in the review and tracking the activities of the Service

Request life cycle; and iii. Review of contractor’s man-efforts and solutioning.

m) Work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies

for the operational and maintenance works and new

initiatives/enhancements of the Authority’s systems;

n) Performing hands-on development as part of exploration of new

technologies/products and automation of existing processes;

o) Participate and support in incident, troubleshooting, testing and verification

of reported issues, incidents and to follow up with the Authority’s

appointed contractors, stakeholders and business users to ensure timely

escalation where required and completion and closure of the issues or

incident; and p) Ensure that the deliveries of the project by the Authority’s appointed

contractors are compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to

identify and close any compliance gaps.

a) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information/ Infocom

Technology, or related discipline would be preferred;

b) Strong knowledge in application support and maintenance and possesses

hands-on’ knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software Development

Life Cycle;

c) Experience in IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements

and using automated testing software such as Tricentis TOSCA would be

1. Proven skills in SQL programming/report-writing development life cycle including planning, design, documentation, programming and testing. Collaborate with end users to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing and validation and provide support to end users on standardized and ad-hoc reports.

2. Experience in design, development, testing, implementation and support of clinical systems.

3. Experience in clinical systems, healthcare standards such as HL7 Messaging, ICD10, DICOM, DRG and Snomed CT, and LOINC.

4. Good knowledge of clinical and ancillary applications and workflow.

5. Experience in software development and testing experience using Visual Basic, .NET applications using SQL Server database. Experience in a healthcare environment is an advantage.
