Responsibilities

• Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters
• Perform repair works as necessary
• Advice customers on purifier set up, cleaning, and maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing or related technician work
• Residential drilling experience
• Residential plumbing experience

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
• Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
• Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
• Shift works , 2 Day shifts , 2 Night Shifts , 2 Off days.

• Checking equipment and circuits for malfunctions or defects
• Fixing equipment and components like circuit breakers, brushes, and commutators
• Running tests to diagnose malfunctions and determine system performance
• Keeping records of tests, repairs, and maintenance
• Using manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to solve equipment problems
• Teaching others how to troubleshoot, repair, and test power distribution equipment
• Constructing, testing, maintaining, and repairing substation relay and control systems
• Coordinating with customers to conduct commissioning activities at a site
• Ensuring that panels are built to specifications and maintaining their quality
• Keeping track of spare parts for all equipment

• Engage in hands-on activities to conduct regular inspections and monitoring of various building services and facilities.
• Address breakdowns, respond to complaints/feedback, and attend to tenant service calls regarding building services and facilities.
