• To lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of machinery and equipment having assigned and allocated resources to meet targets through planned and scheduled annual maintenance activities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least secondary school education/ NITEC
• Past experiences in heavy industry/ metal fabrication shops/ machine maintenance will be preferred
• Candidate should possess basic knowledge of computer and data entry, and basic command of English (ability to read, write and speak)
• Able to work rotation shift and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle grooming, hand and foot massage, and polish application

• Offer a range of nail care services such as gel polish application, acrylic or gel extensions, and nail art as per client requests

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each client

• Assess clients' nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare

• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings

• Ensure a positive client experience by being attentive, friendly, and professional

• Manage appointment scheduling and client records accurately

• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Technician or similar role

• Certification in nail care or cosmetology preferred

• Proficiency in nail techniques such as gel and acrylic application, nail art, and classic manicures and pedicures

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client demand

Responsibilities:

• Carry out authorized repairs to buildings, facilities, and services as directed by the supervisor.

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of lighting in common areas.

• Perform authorized work on installation, fitting, and modification of plumbing and sanitary systems in common areas.

• Maintain inventory and records of all parts and end-items used for maintenance work, including those kept in the store.

• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities, and rectify faults and defects with proper work orders.

• Attend to all emergencies and resident complaints promptly, politely, and tactfully under the instructions of the supervisor in charge.

• Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion.

• Handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management

• Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance.

• Good knowledge in building mechanical and electrical system

• Perform Work at Height (WAH) will be an added advantage

• Possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach
