Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5-10 years of experience working with z/OS Mainframe VTAM (Virtual Telecommunications Access Method), SNA & TCP/IP, Infoprint and z/OS Unix environment including experience with REXX, COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF
• Understanding and support of enterprise encryption applications and processes such as TCPIP AT/TLS & SSL/TLS
• Implementation, configuration, and support of mainframe TCP/IP in a z/OS Parallel Sysplex environment
• Familiarity and support of 3rd party software e.g. Omegamon, LDAP, SSH, etc
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Description:

• Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic
• Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration
• Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works, Testing / commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products
• Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as providing feasible solutions to clients existing door entrances
• Keeping assigned service vehicle in good road worthy condition and to upkeep vehicles cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Keep updated on product information and technical know-how for company and competitor’s product
• Maintaining all tools and equipment provided in a good working condition and to exchange timely when tools / equipment provided are found damaged or reasonably wear and tear observed

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in Engineering relevant discipline
• Preferably possess at least 3 years of working experience within the door automation industry
• Knowledge in hands-on technical or mechanical experience
• Class 3 driving license will be advantageous as site travelling required
