Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-year of work experience in the semiconductor industry
• Able to perform swing shift (work in weekend) schedule, including working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor process tools
• Good communication skills and follow up with tool vendor for issue troubleshooting and solution.
• Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Lithography exposure, coater, developer, bonder, scrubber tools.
