Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist flavorist in organizing and cataloging flavor raw materials.
2. Prepare simple flavor formulations by blending flavor base ingredients.
3. Collaborate with flavorist to perform sensory evaluations of flavor samples.
4. Operate and maintain routine laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
6. Assist with laboratory documentation, including recording experiment results, observations, and inventory management.
7. Support the team in carrying out any other tasks required in the flavor development process.
8. Communicate smoothly with the China headquarters to ensure accurate and efficient information exchange.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 years experiences in the flavor or food industry, familiarity with GC-MS instrumentation and software is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and flavor raw materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fluent in Chinese, need to communicate effectively with the China headquarters.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and hygiene standards.

Position Summary

To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, pre-delivery inspection, delivery, installation and commissioning, trouble-shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support, Quality and Service Standards

• Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled service jobs & ad hoc troubleshooting.
• Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
• Work in co-operation with supervisor, colleagues and vendors to fulfill job requirements and resolve technical problems in meeting the expectations of external customers.

Records and Documentation

• Responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service jobs or visits to facilitate follow up and/or warranty claim where appropriate.
• Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of Industrial Services.

EHS and Housekeeping

• To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at workplace as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
• To observe safety precautions and to execute correct engineering practices at all times so as to minimize risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.
• Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions of the company.
• Able to produce Risk Assessment (RA) for related jobs at site.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma or in an Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our cleaning robots.
• Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
• Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
• Stay updated on the latest robot technologies and use this knowledge to assist customers.
• Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, training, and troubleshooting services.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, ideally in robotics or automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in cleaning robot technologies.
• Must be willing to travel for customer support and training.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.

• Perform hands-on mechanical/electrical assembly tasks within the standard time
• Ensure that the assembled machine is according to Makino's quality standards
• Responsible for keying the operation time into EES for performance measurement
• Responsible for housekeeping and ensuring that the assigned machine area is clean and tidy
• Carry out duties in according with Quality Policy, EHS control procedures and WIS
• Ensure that all machine tools and instruments are properly calibrated and taken care of

Job requirements:
