Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and conventional milling machines and grinding machines
• Set up CNC and conventional milling machines by installing fixtures, tooling, and workpieces according to job requirements
• Read, interpret and fabricate according to 2D drawings, 3D models and specifications
• Maintain operationality, safety and tidiness of shop floor independently
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE O Level with at least 1-2 years of experience in operating CNC Milling / Lathe Machines / Grinding / Drilling machines

• Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.

• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers.

Other Information:

• Reading comprehension of technical documents, and work related documents.
• Possess good critical thinking and trouble-shooting skill.
• Knowledge in Computers and Electronics, Telecommunication System.
• Knowledge and experience in Marine Electronics, Offshore industry is an advantage.
• Open to individuals with engineering experience from another field but wants to move into Marine or Naval engineering career switchers who wants to be trained
