We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team! As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, studying, and implementing new system solutions. You will be monitoring current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall business efficiency. You will be working with our team of engineers and developers who are proficient in IT, programming and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Requirements Lifecycle: From abstract product vision all the way to detailed functional requirements, system integration, and business processes required to support them.
• Bridge Product Owners and Developers: Translate the high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers. This can be in the form of technical documentation, systems integration documentation, API specifications, data models, architecture diagrams, process flows, or functional specifications.
• Support Development: Support developers and testers by providing the first level of clarifications during development and testing.
• User Stories: Define detailed user stories based on business requirements. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers are able to estimate and work with them.
• Business Processes: Define detailed business processes, spanning both online and offline aspects. Coordinate with various stakeholders to get detailed requirements, and ensure that they are met through proposed solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and extend existing technical documentation to describe the infrastructure, security, functions of the system.

Prerequisites

• Good understanding of digital banking products and processes.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong API experience, 5+ years hands on dev exp in Java
• Experience in Data Modelling and DB design ( Oracle, MS SQL Server and Postgres )
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organisation’s context.
• Familiarity with Visual studio and Swagger plugin to create YAML files.
• Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes, and uncover areas for improvements.
• Ability to envision and design end to end business processes while keeping an eye on the details.
• Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documentation.
• Ability to communicate and clarify requirements with developers.
• Ability to identify and clearly document dependencies.

Responsibilities:

System Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and services, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network, system, and endpoint security

User Helpdesk Support

• Provide end-users remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls, and resolve or escalate issues effectively as necessary

Knowledge Sharing

• Document and track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation

Project Work

• Lead client project as Project Manager, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion
• Conduct annual internal IT assessment and provide actionable recommendations
• Set up and configure next-generation firewall, managed switches, enterprise wireless, SIEM, and endpoint security
• Deploy cloud servers with an open-source virtualisation
• Configure Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing, and other essential services
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other services
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access

Security Management

• Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
• Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
