· Preparation of service report for client’s endorsement upon completion of maintenance works.

· Attend complaint related to air-con and ventilation works

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with safety procedures

· Perform any ad-hoc works as assigned

Requirements:

· Min 2 year of hands-on experience in trouble-shooting & service-repair of refrigeration systems

· Willing to work 6-days week / Overtime

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences (Biotechnology/Molecular Biology) or equivalent.

· No work experience required.

· Preferably Entry Level specialized in Biotechnology or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out DNA Sequencing related experiment, documentation work

· Conduct routine molecular work

· Follow established protocols and SOP’s to test received samples for QC acceptability.

· Assist in designing and performing experiments for the optimization and validation of sequencing workflow.

· Troubleshoot instrument problems when necessary.

· Preparation, daily maintenance, and use of Sanger sequencing instruments and equipment.

· Maintain a systematic and proper record of all orders.

· Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to purchasing laboratory consumables, chemicals/equipment, preparing invoices, maintenance of inventory and assisting in company safety matters.

Working Hours: 12pm - 9pm, including one hour break.
