Oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our

Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the

different Departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a

smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will report directly to the

Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that the

building essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, air conditioning

and ventilation system are of good working condition

2. Conduct general maintenance works such as, air-conditioning servicing,

plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, AV system, painting,

patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure

smooth operations

Job Objectives:

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities:

System Analyst (SA) - Cards Issuing SA is responsible for the requirement analysis, effort estimation, application solution design for Cards Core Issuing application processes and related online and batch interfaces. SA documents requirements/solution traceability, functional design and works closely with functional BA, product/project managers, architects, application developers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications. SA also reviews detailed technical design, codes and test strategies, test results and is also responsible for defect triaging.

· Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions to business requirements

· Work with business, fellow SAs, FBA, architect, project team, testers and operations users as well as application development team for functional design/solutions

· guide testers/users in cards parameter setup for the new business (new org, product, pricing, etc)

· guide testers/users in the end-to-end reconciliation process

· prepare functional solution document

· support system integration, user acceptance, regression/performance testing - work closely with TCOE and business users to ensure coverage of critical and important functions

· post-implementation support

· Identify and raise/escalate risks to the project/processes

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Experience:

· Practical Experience in Fraud System

· Should have experience in the Fraud application (e.g. Falcon, SAS etc.) implementation for a card platform.

· Should have hands-on experience in Mainframe and Cards processing platform (Cardlink, Vision Plus etc.)

Technical Skills:

· Mainframe – online and batch processing

· Credit Card domain knowledge

• Work closely with project team to assist Quality and Validation Manager Asia region to the tasks on schedule and within quality standard compliance.
• Responsible completion of the Quality, Cost, and Time validation functions for customer projects.
• Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation for mechanical, software, and hardware components from the design phase of projects.
• Oversee the qualification and validation processes for projects in conducting risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test implementation during FAT & SAT process internally and partners’ sites.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of quality and validation of automated systems experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst cum Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Modern Workplace to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other components of the Power Platform suite. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, processes, and streamline operations through automation and efficient application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform and recommend improvements or enhancements based on emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior System Analyst cum Developer with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its integration capabilities with Power Platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex Power Apps solutions with a focus on user experience and functionality.
• Proficiency in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation and integration.
• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as Power Apps Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
