• Oversee building and data centre facilities: recording and reporting on the BMS / EMS / Fire D&P / Chiller / Electrical etc
• Administrator for preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment are properly serviced & maintained
• Maintain good documentation of facilities and / or equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Respond to emergency situation and be on 24x7 standby duty
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary
• Be involved in new data centre projects as well as renovation and maintenance to existing space
• Responsible to handle site inspections / audits by external authority (eg. HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB)
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management on a day to day basis
• Maintain high customer service level standards
• Managed all facilities contracts

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Building / Facility Management or any other related field
• Some relevant experience in Data Centre facility management and vendor management is a good bonus

You will be required to:

• Perform pre-flight operations and post-flight operations on all training devices and complete the necessary documentation.
• Perform all preventive maintenance works and corrective maintenance works on all training devices as assigned.

You would ideally possess:

• Diploma or University bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Aviation, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical etc).

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics of electronics, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of XDC utilities systems, including chillers, boilers
• Perform planned preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance, ensuring all work is recorded in work orders.
• Conduct hands-on repair work as needed.
• Participate in project phases, including identifying discrepancies during walk-downs and leading utility commissioning phases.
• Update SOPs, URS, or other relevant documents as needed.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to support their development.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

The trainee will perform Non-Destructive Testing and its related duties in accordance with the written instructions and specific calibration requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform specific calibrations, NDT, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection of parts
• Correct interpretation and understand the inspection operation sheets and work instruction
• Organize, sort and prepare the parts for NDT inspection
• Load, unload, and operate either the real-time XR, UT or auto FPI line effectively
• Perform either X-Ray Inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, Eddy Current Inspection, Magnetic Particles Inspection in accordance with the inspection operation sheets
• Ensure the equipment operation readiness always
• Assist the Engineer for any inspection evaluation and reporting
• Upkeep of process system and testing equipment to ensure its continuous operations in compliance to approved documents
• Prepare and clean parts before and/or after inspection
• Conduct audits in NDT area to ensure continuous system compliance to meet regulatory agencies requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Automation Engineering / Aircraft Engines Maintenance / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Diploma in Aerospace Engineering / Mechatronics / Aeronautical Engineering / Aerospace Technology / Aerospace Avionics
• Any relevant Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma engineering courses
• Able to read & write English at a professional working proficiency level

• Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled service jobs & ad hoc troubleshooting.
• Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
• Work in co-operation with supervisor, colleagues and vendors to fulfill job requirements and resolve technical problems in meeting the expectations of external customers.

Records and Documentation

• Responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service jobs or visits to facilitate follow up and/or warranty claim where appropriate.
• Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of Industrial Services.

EHS and Housekeeping

• To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at workplace as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
• To observe safety precautions and to execute correct engineering practices at all times so as to minimize risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.

Job Requirements
