The Deburring Technician is responsible for removing burrs from parts by using the correct tools.

Job Description

• Apply 5S techniques, comprising 'sort', 'straighten', 'shine', 'standardize' and 'sustain’ in Assembly and housekeeping.
• Observe all safety regulations including personal protective equipment applicable to the use of electrical tooling and equipment applicable to chemicals.
• Follow all company rules and regulations.
• Support and contribute to products, process and production improvements.
• Meets and maintains quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Nitec in any discipline or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in deburring operations.
• Possessing relevant experience in precision engineering would be an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawing.
• Required knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Team player and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities
• Support & implement different product configuration setup
• To test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures
• Working closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement
• Participate in the Kaizen activities
• To update test tracking records
• Prepare and update Working Instruction
• To support the NPI Process and production runs
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements

• Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
• Good team player
• Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Good understanding of test methods and concepts
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills

The Pharmacy Technician assists in drug stock management, maintenance of premises and equipment, prescription processing, as well as drug dispensing and distribution. He/She is responsible for assisting the pharmacy manager and/or pharmacist inthe provision of pharmaceutical care. He/she interacts with patients and their family, and other health care providers as appropriate to assure continuity ofservices and to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, accurate andtimely distribution of pharmaceutical drug supplies. The pharmacy technician coordinates and performs as necessary the activities of a pharmacy service area. He/she dispenses drugs under the general supervision of pharmacists.
