Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and skilled Building Supervisor / Senior Technician to perform and oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems within our property. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.

Key job responsibilities
• You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment’s, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
• Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
• Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.

Basic Requirement

• Technical College Degree, Qualified Technical Diploma, or NITEC Certification.

• Proficient in both verbal and written technical communication and enthusiastic about the maintenance of data centers or critical facility environments.
