Job Description

• Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure safe, efficient functioning and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Perform inspections, assess risks, and inform operations of issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for facility systems and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in 24-hour response activities.
• Handle setup and upgrades of production lines.
• Adhere to HACCP maintenance schedules.
• Organize machinery storage and unused equipment.
• Follow safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
• Complete tasks as directed by the Senior Engineer.

Lab Technician

Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for Lab Technician.

The role of the Lab Technician includes:

·       Conducting of laboratory tests and samples and quality inspections assigned to them by the Supervisor.

·       Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis.

·       Advance maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment.

·       Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation and standardization of chemical reagents and waste management.

·       Maintenance of quality records and development of quality procedures.

·       Calibration of equipment.

·       Conduct and contribute to risk assessment, Quality Procedures and Decision making on quality & maintenance.

·       Procurement of materials and budget controls.

·       Implementing QA & Safety Activities.

·       Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

·       5 years’ experience in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing.
