• Delivery of design and implementation of PCS with focus on CONTINUOUS process design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ internal system and Customer site system
• Delivery of design and implementation of various third-Party interfaces, design, configuration, testing on EMR DeltaV™ system and interface third-party package vendor systems over protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.
• Ensuring the compliance to the project quality standards
• Delivering project documentation & records
• Interacting/coordinating with cross functional teams of other global office to ensure consistency in project deliverables
• Accountable for project planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, scope implementation, efforts monitoring/control, progress reports, quality and reviews for assigned scope on the project, in EMR office until completion of FAT (or Factory Acceptance Test), and on site until completion of SAT (or Site Acceptance Test), and further support as required by the contract
• Responsible to engage with overseas country Customers and doing necessary project coordination with Customers, Engineering Contractors and/or Consultants
• Achieving cost & time targets for assigned scope

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical consultancy advice relating to system design and configuration.
• Implement system infra expansion design and configuration Monitor System Performance.
• Assisting the customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
• Resolving system incident/ problem onsite.
• Escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and reporting the escalation to the Operation/ Project Manager.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Maintaining the configuration of the system.
• Liaising with OEM/Vendor/subcontractor for technical support.

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ onsite Systems Engineer experience
• Good understanding of Infra system design
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
• Diploma or Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent

• Able to perform overtime when necessary

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Geotechincal Certificate

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Ground Stabilisation / Ground Improvement (PVD) is required for this position.
