Job Description

Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.

Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.

Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance statu and issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance.

ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma

Preferably to have hospitality background

A team player and the ability to work during weekends and on public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on CCTV systems installed in buses

• troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV equipment

• Repair or replace faulty components as needed to ensure proper functionality

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CCTV systems

• Record and maintain accurate documentation of repair activities

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

• Meet the KPI set by the department

Additional Information:

• Diploma or Electric Certification

• Ability to enter data accurately in Excel or similar software

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Basic knowledge of electronics and CCTV systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work night shifts as required by job demands

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment
• Install, commission and troubleshooting of medical equipment
• Provide on-site service and clinical support for medical equipment
• Responsible for increasing customers' satisfaction and productivity
• Provides technical support to sales team and medical professionals
• Regularly update technical documentation and respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries
• Develop strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing contracts and developing the technical services business
• Ensure that all scheduled servicing and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time
• Contribute to a safe working environment by proactively addressing issues based on severity
• Comply with Quality System requirements, instructions relating to health and safety at the workplace
• Understand and adhere to compliance policies and procedures set by Principals, code of conduct policies & procedures
• Reports to team leader periodically and perform any other duties as assigned by reporting manager

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Candidates must possess at least a NITEC in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• A background as a technician is required with technical hands-on experience
• 1-2 years of experience in the medical industry is preferred
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed, including weekends
• Availability for on-call duties is essential

Work Location: Tampines

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm)

Responsibilities

· Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities

· To support & implement different product configuration setup

· To test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures and work closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement

· Participate in the Kaizen activities

· To update test tracking records

· To prepare and update Working Instruction

· To provide training over W/I to New Hiring

· To support the NPI Process and production runs

· Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements

· Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment

· Good team player

· Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors

· Able to multi-task & work under pressure

· Perform shift work

· Good understanding of test methods and concepts

· Knowledge of programming and debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters
• Perform repair works as necessary
• Advice customers on purifier set up, cleaning, and maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing or related technician work
• Residential drilling experience
• Residential plumbing experience
• Customer oriented with positive work attitude

Other Requirements

• Singaporean/Malaysian
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Able to work 5.5 days a week
