We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Implementation senior sales engineer to join our reputable team. This role primarily focuses on driving the implementation of our HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry solutions within the territories of Malaysia and Singapore. The primary objectives of this position encompass securing and expanding our business presence in these regions, as well as assisting our valued customers in optimizing their production processes and achieving their sustainability objectives.

Job Description
Effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial customer approach, presentation, negotiation, secure the delivery and payment.
Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and clients to understand their specific needs and requirements related to HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry applications.
Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of the clients' current systems and operations.
Develop and present comprehensive solutions that align with clients' objectives, focusing on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Provide expert guidance and technical support, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct customer seminar and sales presentation for clients to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies.
Continuously monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to stay up to date on best practices and ensure compliance.
What You Know
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing HVAC, Refrigeration, and general industry solutions, within the Malaysia and Singapore markets, at minimum 4-5 years.
In-depth knowledge of energy optimization strategies and sustainable practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
High proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits in Singapore and Malaysia.
