Job Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 Systems Administration in system monitoring, management, disaster recovery and capacity planning.
• Provides technical support to sales team and customer on Proof of Concept (PoC), project deployment, Post-Sales support & Internal simulation testing
• Study system & product technical details in order to provide technical advice or support to the company customers and sales team.

Requirements
