Job Overview:

The Cloud Computing Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in the pre-sales phase of cloud computing and data center projects. This role involves crafting and implementing delivery solutions, supporting market expansion, and ensuring successful project acceptance. The unique contribution of this position lies in its pivotal role in shaping and advancing the organization's technological capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum three years;
• Industry Experience: Minimum two years;
• Position Experience: Minimum one year.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with cloud computing architecture and experience in planning and designing mainstream cloud platform products.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream virtualization and cloud product, understanding of open-source cloud computing technologies, and knowledge of mainstream public and private cloud technologies and implementations.
• Familiarity with virtualization products such as VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, Windows HyperV, FusionSphere, etc., with experience in planning, designing, and implementing cloud computing and data center products.
• Familiarity with network architecture and design, SDN technology, and expertise in network and security products, including experience in planning, designing, and implementing network security solutions.
• Mastery of cloud platform business data backup and disaster recovery technologies, with hands-on experience in data backup, two-site three-center disaster recovery, and active-active disaster recovery projects.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native, and microservices frameworks.
• Familiarity with storage-related technologies and solutions, including Ceph, SAN, NAS, etc.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office software with excellent document writing skills.
• Familiarity with cloud computing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop microgrid power management and energy management algorithms.
• Deploy power and energy management applications on microgrid controllers.
• Develop AI/ML/DL solution platforms for various energy management applications.
• Design SLD, sizing, and integration of microgrid DERs, protection circuits, and loads.
• Prepare test cases and conduct microgrid functional, error tests both SIL and on testbeds.
• Emulate microgrids using tools such as Power Factory, Matlab, or Panda Power and integrate with microgrid controller to carry out preliminary SIL tests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor, master’s degree, or Ph.D. in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experienced in scripting Python, Matlab or equivalent.
• Knowledge of operational principles of microgrids such as on-grid optimization, off-grid optimization, islanding, resynching, and blackstart operations
• AI, ML, DL related experiences in domains such as energy management, predictive analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection is an added advantage,

We are seeking a talented Presales Engineer with a strong background and enthusiasm for robotics to join our team. As a Presales Engineer, you will be a key player in shaping the success of our robotics solutions by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing the capabilities of our products. You will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to redefine the future of smart cities and empower the service workforce through technology by developing proof-of-concept use cases with our business development team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales/business development team to understand customer requirements and use cases, and identify how KABAM Robotics solutions can address those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our robotics solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept capabilities through ad-hoc software development and mechanical/electrical design with the help of internal engineering teams.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific use cases and provide expert guidance on the integration of our robots into their operations.
• Create technical proposals and documentation tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of KABAM Robotics' products and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and our internal engineering teams, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
• Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings, technical discussions, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Provide feedback to our product development team based on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

• Background in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in their domain and the ability to work with customers.
• Should have at least one of the following:

○ Experience in Python or Javascript or C++. (or)

○ Experience in CAD software such as SolidWorks. (or)

○ Experience in mechatronics design such as working with Arduino or custom PCBs.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Plus Qualifications

• Degree with a focus on robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and other deployment tools.
• Exposure to backend system design to support robotics applications.
• Previous experience in a presales or technical sales role.
• Participation in robotics-related hackathons or competitions.

Equipment Design and Development - Develop and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function. Provide Equipment Costing - Calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labour, material, delivery and overhead. Responsible for equipment specification and buyoff - Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs and necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards. Design data and calculation for DFMEA process - Design products using CAD, and consult with engineering and manufacturing teammates to ensure that designs are feasible. Sequence study - work with control engineer to optimise the sequence flow through the design optimization. Design for manufacturing DFM. Project management and participate in assembly, installation, operation, trouble shooting of equipment. Documentation - Prepare BOM, Operation Manual, Training Manual, etc.

* to provide quality post sales service which include installations, commissioning, customer training and corrective maintenance

* to response to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective action

Job Description :

* To deliver solutions and services proposed through working closely with internal

teams, manufacturers, subcontractors and suppliers;

* Lead, manage, collaborate and work with internal staff like AV Designer, Drafter,

Engineers, and etc

* Study schematic design and construction drawings to produce AV construction drawings

* Manage customer's expectation and deliver customer experience

* Plan, manage and schedule resources

Requirements :-

- ITE/Diploma in any discpline

- Experience in project management will be an advantage

- Able to interpret construction drawings

- 1 year's experience in audio visual project management will be an advantage

- Ability to use AutoCAD will be an advantage

- Tecnical knowledge in audio visual products

- Candidate with higher relevant experience will be considered for managerial position
