Job Description

The MEP Engineer is responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering activities, processes, and construction of projects.

The successful candidate must:

· Assist Project Manager in project planning, programming and monitoring process of M&E works and overseeing the project;

· Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;

· Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

· Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;

· Ensure mechanical and electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes and in conformance with the Company’s established policies and objectives;

· Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;

· Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments;

· Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings;

· Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.

· Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
