Well established local M&E company looking for qualified Engineer (M&E) to join us. May refer to our website www.e-tech.com.sg for a basic understanding of the Company.

Responsibilities

1. Design of control system and programming coding for Building Management System (BMS) and IoT Solutions, inclusive of controls for Chiller Plant Room, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units and etc.

2. Design of HMI graphic design and SCADA or Cloud dashboard.

3. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.

4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5. Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams as per project requirements.

6. Conduct project reviews and prepare status reports.

7. Timely reporting to the Management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.

2. Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.

3. Knowledge of IoT Solutions and BMS control systems or PLC IEC61131 (ladder logic, function block) programming.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job scope:

• Responsible for coordination, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones
• Perform site study for PV system recommendation
• Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards

• Plan and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
