• Familiar with Design for Safety Guidelines of MOM
• Able to work with consultant team to carry out Design for Safety Review Meetings / Workshops in accordance to GUIDE 1, GUIDE 2 and GUIDE 3 according to MOM regulations
• Prepare and Maintain Design Risk Registers
• Prepare Design Risk Register documentation and handed over to relevant parties

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design for single line diagram, electrical distribution system, small power, street lighting, compound lighting, ELV etc
• Determine the cable sizing & design routing for sub-main cabling and conduit/trunking wiring.
• Selection for cable, circuit breaker, transformers, UPS, VFD, generator.
• Supervise electrical Installation, testing and commissioning.
• Preparation of project documents including technical proposal, load list, cable schedule, cable routing, switch-room layout, load flow, etc.
• Prepare the BQ for the RFQ.
• Fault and short circuit study, harmonic analysis.
• Preparing specifications and datasheet for RFQ and review offers from vendors for compliance to technical specification, compliance with codes and regulation.
• Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, and optimization.
• Perform the cable sizing calculation and the voltage drop calculation.
• Supervise electrical Installation, testing and commissioning

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in process plants or in the water/wastewater industry, with good knowledge in electrical desgin of water and/or wastewater treatment plants.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks.

JOB SCOPES

7. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in HVAC systems to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operation.
8. Design systems with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
9. Evaluate and recommend energy-saving solutions and technologies to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
10. Ensure that HVAC systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
11. Address any safety concerns related to the mechanical aspects of HVAC systems.
12. Manage HVAC projects from conception through to completion, including budget management, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
13. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
14. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical support.
15. Provide training and documentation for system operation and maintenance.
16. Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in HVAC systems.
