Position Summary

You are responsible to assist Snr Engineers and/or Project Manager in production, assembly, design and development of hardware and equipment the Company’s products. The job also involves sourcing of components, participating in technical design, assisting the Snr. Section A: Objectives/Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will support the execution of planned changes at our Singapore sites, focusing on hardware replacements, troubleshooting, and installations. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime during change implementations.

Section B: Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

• Network Equipment Familiarity: Understand and work with network devices and their components, including fibre and copper cables.
• Support Planned Activities: Participate in early morning green zone activities (between 11pm and 6am) two to three times weekly within Singapore, as required.
• On-site Hardware Support: Execute hardware changes, including the physical replacement and installation of network devices, plugin of USB media, organize the fibre/copper cables in preparation for planned activities and other equipment as per change requests.
