Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive analysis and design works for complex and large scale projects.
• Perform analysis and design for the project
• Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Assist QP/Project Lead in managing project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.
• Work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.

Requirements:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• With working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.
• Minimum structural design experience 5 years.
• Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Knowledge in temporary works, ERSS will be an advantage.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of projects
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supervisors on project matters
• Attend meetings with clients/main contractors/sub-contranctors on project-related matters
• Update site progress information and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings
• Carry out inspection and joint inspection of works in progress
• Ensure that the works are executed to the required quality standard
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, safety guidelines and practices in the work place
• Ability to produce constructible 3D drawings and be able to translate them into 2D shop drawings, will be an advantage
• Assist the Project Managers and project team with other tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Project Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience with Laboratory/Specialty gases pipeline systems
• Good understanding of M&E works and ability to associate BIM with construction needs
• Willingness to learn and use new software/technology
• Self-driven and good time management
• While not necessary, knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360 would be an advantage.

The Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, risk management, security standards, and regulatory compliance
• Analyse network traffic patterns, bottlenecks and track performance to identify issues proactively and provide recommendations for network optimization when required
• Active participation during network audits and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
