JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team as a key leader in our engineering department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of building systems, with a primary focus on M&E and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. • Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
• Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
• Provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems.
• Must be able to work on both Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays, off days, will be on weekdays only.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
