We are seeking an IT Engineer to support the technology needs of the HR Department and the wider organization. This role involves managing IT infrastructure and ensuring the optimal performance of the company’s hardware, software, and network systems. A primary focus will be on supporting IT distribution systems, resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the HQ IT team to enhance and sustain IT resources.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Set up, configure, and maintain company’s network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
· Oversea network performance and address issues related to hardware, software, or security.
· Provide technical support and assistance to internal staff and external partners.
· Safeguard the organization’s IT infrastructure by managing firewalls, antivirus software, and implementing security patches.
· Conduct routine data backups and implement recovery processes when needed.
· Collaborate closely with sales team to integrate IT systems for seamless operations.
· Coordinate with HQ IT team to provide technical expertise and troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
· Manage software licenses and maintain accurate records of software installations.
· Keep precise records of IT systems, configurations, and inventory.
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience in IT support, network management or systems administration.
· Understanding of IT security practices and data protection regulations is advantageous.
· Experience in system migration will be considered an asset.

· Proficiency in mandarin (spoken and written) is beneficial due to the need for communication with HQ colleagues in China.
